Get ready for the Summer Reading Program!
"Dream Big. Read @ Your Library" is this year's theme for children up to fifth grade. Kids who read 10 books on their own or read 20 books with a friend by August 4 will earn a reward book of their choice and other fantastic prizes. This year's prizes include a beautiful canvas Cloud Star book bag featuring the work of local artists, as well as coupons for LEGOLAND, Tastee Freeze, IN n OUT, Performance Athletics and more. New this year - families with babies are invited to participate. Children under two who have 20 books read to them can "earn" a free board book! Read More (Seriously! Read more. Words are brain aerobics and we could all be in better brain shape.)
