City of Morro Bay Recreation and Parks Department: Mastering the Walk:  Leash Skills

Session I – April 25th and April 28th, Session 2 – May 16th and May 19th

This class will consist of two class meetings.  The first meeting will be informational for owners (no dogs) in regard to what equipment will be needed for the activity class and some behaviors to practice prior to the second meeting.  The second class, with your dogs, will practice the use of the equipment and skills necessary to have a successful walk between owner and dog.  

Classes will be held at the Morro Bay Community Center Studio for the Wednesday evening class from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.  The Saturday class will be held at Cloisters Park from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. The cost for each session is $35.00 for Morro Bay residents, $39.00 for non-residents. Call the Morro Bay Recreation & Parks Department for more information.
