Seriously . . . Is This Necessary?

Local Idiocy, Rascism, Disrespect, and Politics

A friend came home from a walk with her young grandson, bringing with them a doggie poop scoop bag they had found offered free for the taking on neighbor's front yard table.

The bottom of the bag has a caricature of President Obama with the line "I'd Rather Be Eating Hyena in Kenya"

The bottom of the bag had a black man with the words "I'd rather be in Kenya eating hyena."

So, Obama plays golf. A lot. More than President Bush. He has a motorcade about everywhere he goes. Don't all presidents have that? But an Afro? The tag line "Gag Me"?

Yes, I know . . . politics is a dirty game. Always has been, always will be. Names are called, insults are hurled, promises are made and broken. Friends disagree, family feuds break out, arguments are had. Idiots create crude, tacky poop bags to share their ignorance and racism with the community.

Sarah Palin said "President Obama's shuck and jive shtick with these Benghazi lies must end." Shuck and Jive? Benghazi lies? Really? ( "Shuck and Jive: Originally referred to the intentionally misleading words and actions that African-Americans would employ in order to deceive racist Euro-Americans in power, both during the period of slavery and afterwards. " Urban Dictionary) Ann Coulter, repeatedly refers to the President as a "retard." The disrespect in this election is hate-filled, rascist, and over-the-top disgusting.

It's a dirty business. But this? Right here in Los Osos.

Sir (or madam), you need to use one of your plastic baggies to clean out your mind. It seems to be filled with just the right substance.

With that having been said, don't forget to get out and vote on Election Day - Tuesday, November 6th. Do so thoughtfully, with respect for all candidates, and with your best self.
