On February 9, the Friends' Share Day, held on the second Wednesday of the month, invites participants to bring their favorite non-reading list books to talk about with others. They also can bring their favorite dishes to share with the group. (Check with the group facilitator to learn what you should bring each month. It rotates based on the last letter of your last name. To find out, visit Morro Bay Book Discussion Group, contact Karen through email or call 225-3131.) On February 16, "Case Histories" by Kate Atkinson is the subject of discussion. On February 23, local author Joan Sullivan of Baywood Park is the scheduled guest. She will continue her tour of central coast history through her discussion of the many books she has written.
