Morro Bay Seniors to Hold Their First Book, Crafts, and Coins Sale
The Morro Bay Senior Citizens will hold their first used books, crafts, paintings and coins sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 3, at the Morro Bay Senior Center, 1001 Kennedy Way, Morro Bay, featuring many older volumes, hand-made items and other collectibles.
The Senior Citizens have many activities to offer, such as opportunities to learn crafting, free blood pressure testing, seniors driver training courses, legal assistance and medical equipment for loaning. More information is available on the Seniors' website.
But now the Seniors intend to add a book and crafts sale to its repertoire because it has received so many donations from members and the public, Pauline Stansbury, the Seniors president, said.
