A local businessman owns six dumpsters that are being used in the parking lot just south of the Duke Power Plant. He started with two dumpsters in an enclosure, and now has four more in the parking lot, plus a huge grease trap. The only ones I know of that are pleased with them are the new rat population, opossums, racoons, and the seagulls. They sure clash with our new maritime museum boats.
