Raffle Planned to
Help Restore "Seasons Come & Go"
A sculpture by Mark Greenway, "Seasons Come Seasons Go," sits at the entrance to the Morro Bay State Parks Museum of Natural History. Completed in August of 2002, it is a tribute to life in the estuary. As you can see from the photos above, it depicts a Native American, who was originally releasing a Peregrine Falcon from his uplifted hands. Unfortunately, a vandal removed the falcon.
A raffle of various art pieces is being planned by the Museum to raise money for restoration of the sculpture. If you would like to donate an item to raffle, please contact Judy Sullivan or Debi Dismer. We will announce the raffle events here in coming months.
If you would like to make a monetary donation to help restore "Seasons Come Seasons Go," click here. Believe me, every dollar you give will be appreciated.
