Some Healthy Living Tips

by Dr. Robert Swain

To replace the fat in low fat foods the companies add carbohydrates in the form of high fructose corn syrup. This is more fattening than the fat it replaces.

You should eliminate low fat items from your cupboards and start eating regular foods.

Eat wisely and stay healthy.

Also, summer is fast approaching and many of us use sunscreen. Read the ingredients carefully. If you can’t pronounce them you should not put them on your skin. Your skin is the biggest organ of your body and what you put on your skin gets absorbed into your body. There are a few natural sunscreens out there. Could it be all those chemicals in most sunscreens that are causing the increasing skin cancers and blemishes? Something to think about.

Remember to honor your dad on Father’s Day.
