Each day we awaken with the faith that with daybreak the Sun will shine its light upon the earth as the dawning of a fresh new day with all its possibilities. As your Astro Guide, I will highlight significant planetary shifts that will be occurring during the current month that will prove to be interesting and helpful as you express yourself in the world.

August Forecast 2014 - Leo the Lion Germinates the World Soul

Lion

The integration of the qualities and elements emanating from the particular planets and signs during the month of August provides the individual and collective unconscious with an opportunity to blast forth in a display of forth righteousness that will bedazzle the World Order!

Allow me to describe the forces at play. We enter into the month of August challenged, as well as assisted, by five planets stationed in astrological signs with the quality of "fixed". The Sun, Mercury and Jupiter are transiting in Leo, a fixed fire sign. Mars and Saturn are transiting in Scorpio, a fixed water sign. The elemental integration of fixed and fire when in the sign of Leo will maintain the flames of inspiration. The energy of Leo is generous, confident and especially creative. We look to the fifth chakra of the heart that is magnanimous when expressed from the planet Jupiter. The elemental integration of fixed and water directs the flow of the collective unconscious covertly. In other words, you won’t know what hit you until it is too late.

Jupiter is a magnificent planet which is rich with mythological lore and known to bring out the storyteller in all of us. In astrological terms, it is a benefic planet that governs Universal Law, and expansiveness. The strong relationship between the planet Jupiter and the sign Leo is understood when viewed through the mythic lens of connection and description. The mythic memoir of ..."Jupiter has often been integrally linked to the Sun..." (Oken).

Leo is ruled by the Sun. Both are "Kingly." Both reign with wisdom. Both are generous. Jupiter in Leo will bring out the roar of the Lion in all of us. The volume of the roar will depend on the state of your psyche as well as the value you place on your voice in the world.

The full moon in the fixed air sign of Aquarius on August 10th has the potential for explosive reactions toward social injustice throughout the world. Jupiter in Leo wants to plant the seeds of love. The challenge is lurking in the shadows from Pluto in Capricorn. Uranus in Aries wants to set fire to the establishment. The outcome remains to be seen.

In two weeks’ time, on August 25th, an energy break comes in the form of a New Moon in the healing sign of Virgo. Virgos are considered the "cleaners," literally and figuratively. The Sun and Mercury in Virgo are assisting the Moon in its sacred mission to harvest the seeds planted from the "creative imagination" of Jupiter in Leo (Moore). The collective unconscious of the World Soul vibrates at a higher frequency in the face of the attack from the drones. Germinate, create, and heal the holes in the fabric of your lives. HEAL THYSELF!
