Bleach vs. Peroxide

by Dr. Robert Swain

Bleach smells and is unhealthy for you.  Bleach was invented in the late 40's.  It's a chlorine and was used to kill our troops.  Chlorine and iodine are of the same chemical family.  The body can only absorb one or the other.  Iodine is needed by your body  to maintain certain functions.  Chlorine has a negative effect.  Peroxide was invented in WW I and it was used to save our troops from infections.

Some Uses for Hydrogen Peroxide Instead of Chlorine

Take one cap full of hydrogen peroxide and hold it in your mouth for ten minutes a day.  It will get rid of cancer sores and make you teeth white.

Keep your toothbrush in a cup of peroxide to eliminate germs.

Clean your computers and table tops to kill germs and leave a clean smell.

Clean your cutting boards with peroxide to kill any germs and leave a fresh smell.

Peroxide can kill toenail fungus.  Use 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water.  Soak you nails for ten minutes a day.

Soak infections and cuts in peroxide for 5-10 minutes several times a day to kill germs.  It has even been know to help with gangrene.

Tilt your head backwards and spray 50/50 mixture into your nostrils.  It will foam and kill the bacteria in your nose and sinuses.
Let is bubble for a few minutes then blow your nose.

Hydrogen peroxide can help to decrease a toothache.  Put a cap full into your mouth and hold for ten minutes 3xs a day.

After showering spray 50/50 mixture onto your hair.  It will gradually lighten and leave highlights.

Use hydrogen peroxide instead of bleach for your whites in the laundry.   If the stain is blood, poor directly on stain and let soak for a while, rub, then wash.

It's also great to use on the bathroom floors.  Kills the germs and smell fresh.

These suggestions were from a doctor's wife.  They never use bleach in hospitals, instead they use hydrogen peroxide.
