The Fifteenth Annual Celebration of the Morro Bay Bird Festival - Volunteers Needed

Friday through Monday, January 14-17, 2011 

Everyone said that Volunteers were a key component to last year’s Festival’s success! May we please count on your assistance this year?

We Need Help With:

Thursday - January 13

Setting up the Vendor Tables

Folding T-shirts—lots of them!

 There will be training available during this time for any of the volunteer positions.

12:30 to 3:30 PM


Friday-Sunday- January 14-16


Registration Table *

Sales Table*

Hospitality Room*

Vendor Relief

Introducing Speakers

Checking in Participants at Workshops and Field Trips


*Note:

Registration, Sales and Hospitality Volunteer assignments are for four hours:

6:00AM to 10:00AM

10:00AM to 2:00PM

2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Volunteer Recognition

In addition to a free Festival t-shirt, volunteers who pledge at least four hours of time will have their $75.00 festival registration fee waived and may register for the Festival beginning November 1, 2010.

We invite local, non-profit groups to send information about themselves and volunteer opportunities in the Los Osos to Cambria area. Send your submission to Judy Sullivan before the 25th of the month with the subject line: Get Involved Listing Request. We reserve the right to decline any request if we find offensive in any way.
