One of the rewarding aspects of watching the City Council meetings on Channel 20 is to become acquainted with the interesting residents of our town that you would not encounter in your day-to-day activities.

Morro Bay Police File by Diane McKinney

Between December 1st thru December 27th, the Morro Bay Police Department had over 754 logged calls.

December 1- Grand Theft exceeding $400 on Estero. Subject entered unlocked vehicle and stole victims purse.

Tampering/injuring vehicle on Embarcadero. Unknown subject broke rear side window of victim’s vehicle. Unknown if anything was stolen from inside the vehicle.

Use of Credit Card on Piney Way. Victim’s bankcard was utilized to purchase merchandise at two separate locations.
