I am not opposed to hunting in general, just hunting on Morro Bay. Hunting is most appropriate in areas away from population centers where there are not many other recreational users of the land or water. Morro Bay no longer meets these criteria. Read More

Between December 1st thru December 27th, the Morro Bay Police Department had over 754 logged calls.
December 1- Grand Theft exceeding $400 on Estero. Subject entered unlocked vehicle and stole victims purse.
Tampering/injuring vehicle on Embarcadero. Unknown subject broke rear side window of victim’s vehicle. Unknown if anything was stolen from inside the vehicle.
Use of Credit Card on Piney Way. Victim’s bankcard was utilized to purchase merchandise at two separate locations.
